Welcome to my studio!

I’m Jen, a Bend, Oregon based artist creating impressionistic and abstract paintings using oils and pigment. I believe beauty offers real sustenance, and as a former dancer, capturing movement and vitality are the overarching themes in my work. All my pieces start with  how colors interact on canvas, and then evolve into either botanical or landscape forms that reflect whatever it is I’m internally excavating at the time. My goal is that you look at a piece and feel it first, and that it brings you somewhere you want to be.
